1.  アカウント登録から応募・選考まで

• 興味のあるテーマが見つかったら、まずは指導教員に相談してください。指導教員の同意が得られた上で、アカリクの専用システムに登録します。専用システムへの登録は、図1の資料を参考にしてください。

• 専用システムに掲載されるジョブディスクリプションで、募集テーマの内容を確認します。応募の意思が固まったら、専用システム上で学生支援者※を登録し、プロフィール欄を入力します。

• 入力が完了したら、希望するテーマ(企業)に応募します。

• 応募後、登録内容に不備がある場合は、教務チームから連絡がありますので指示に従って登録内容の修正をしてください。修正が完了すると、学生支援者があなたの応募を確認します。応募が承認されると、企業によるプロフィール専攻が開始します。プロフィール選考を通過すると、マッチング面談・選考プロセスに進みます。採用の可否については企業から連絡があります。

※学生支援者については教務チームに確認してください。

2.  マッチング後

• 履修申請をします。履修申請の手続きは、様式１「新領域ジョブ型研究インターンシップI/II 履修許可願」をダウンロード・作成し、教務チームへ提出します。

• 新領域ジョブ型研究インターンシップ I/II はそれぞれ2単位、合計４単位です。2ヶ月程度の実施に対して2単位の付与を原則とします。実施期間によって、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅠとⅡの両方を申請してください。 

• 提出の際、件名は「新領域ジョブ型研究インターンシップの履修について」とし、cc欄に指導教員を指定した上で、下記メールアドレスに送信してください。
  提出先：k-kyomu[アットマーク]adm.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp

• 履修登録（UTASへの登録）は教務チームが行います。

• 契約手続きが進められます（図２）。インターンシップ実施契約書は大学と企業で結びますが、雇用契約書は参加学生と企業の間で結びます。指導教員と内容を確認し、必要に応じて教務 チームに相談してください(他の経済的支援との兼ね合いや社会保険等について)。確認が終わったら、企業に回答してください。留学生の場合、出入国在留管理署への申請手続きなどが必要になる場合がありますので、企業の指示に従ってください。

3. インターンシップ実施後

• 企業と面談を実施し、評価書と評価証明書を受け取ります。

• 成績認定の申請をします。様式２「新領域ジョブ型研究インターンシップ I/II 成績認定依頼」をダウンロード・作成し、教務チームへ提出してください。

• 修了判定時に単位が付与されていない場合は、本単位は含まれずに修了判定を行います。 

1.  From account registration to interviews with companies

• Once you have found a theme of interest, consult with your supervisor on the application. After obtaining the consent of your supervisor, you will register on the Acaric system. Please refer to the document shown in Figure 1 to proceed with the registration.

• You can confirm the details of the open positions by the job description posted on the system. Once you have decided to apply, register the student supporters※ and complete the profile section.

• Once you have completed the profile section, apply to the theme (company).

• If your profile or other registration information is incomplete, the Student Affairs Team will contact you. Follow the instructions to correct the information. Once you have made the necessary corrections, the student supporters will confirm your application. Profile screening by the company will begin with the approvals by the student supporters. If you pass the profile screening, you will proceed to the matching interview and selection process. 

※Please ask the Student Affairs Team who to register as student supporters.

2.  After the matching

• To register for the course, download and complete Form 1: "Application for taking GSFS Research Internship Through Specified Employment I/II," and submit it to the Student Affairs Team address below. When submitting, please use the subject line "Application of GSFS Research Internship Through Specified Employment" and add your supervisor in the cc field.

• GSFS Research Internship Through Specified Employment I/II will be granted 2 credits each, for a total of 4 credits. In principle, 2 credits will be granted for an internship of approximately 2 months. Please apply for I, II, or both I and II depending on the content and period of the internship.

• The Student Affairs Team will register you for the course (registration on UTAS).

• The contract procedure proceeds as shown in Figure 2. Confirm the employment contract with your supervisor and consult with the Student Affairs Team as necessary (regarding conflicts with other financial support, social insurance, etc.). Reply to the company after confirmation. If you are an international student, additional documents may be required to start the internship; follow the instructions from the company.

3.  After the internship

• Company conducts a feedback interview, and you receive evaluation documents and an evaluation certificate.

• To request the evaluation as the course credit, download and complete  Form 2: "Evaluation request for GSFS Research Internship Through Specified Employment I/II." Specify your supervisor in the cc field, and send it to the Student Affairs Team with the e-mail address below.

• Depending on the timing of the internship, credits may not be granted in time for the judgment of course completion.

• If the credit is not granted in time for the judgment of the course completion, the judgment will be made without including this credit.
